Definitions

In this agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below

Account

Means collectively the personal information and credentials used by users to access Coins, virtual items, and/or any communication systems on this website

License

Means the terms and conditions governing your use of Coins, virtual items, or services purchased from this website.

Coins

Means virtual Coins that PristonTale EU makes available for purchase by users, subject to the terms of the appropriate licence. All obtained Coins are valid for 30 calendar days.

Service

Means collectively any online facilities, tools, services, or information that PristonTale EU makes available through the website, either now or in the future.

Payment Information

Means any details required for the purchase of Coins from this website. This includes, but is not limited to, names, addresses, credit/debit card numbers, bank account numbers, and sort codes.

Purchase Information

Means collectively any orders, invoices, confirmation emails, receipts, or similar documentation, whether in hard copy or electronic form.

System

Means any online communications infrastructure that PristonTale EU makes available through the website, either now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, web-based email, message boards, live chat facilities, and email links.

User / Users

Means any third party that accesses the website and is not employed by PristonTale EU or acting in the course of their employment.

Website

Means the website you are currently using, Pristontale.eu, and any sub-domains of this site, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

PristonTale EU aims to always provide high-quality virtual items (obtained in exchange for Coins) that are free from faults. Faults include, but are not limited to, data corruption.

This refund policy covers only faults that impair the use of Coins.

This policy does not cover usage difficulties arising from issues such as file incompatibility or minor mistakes in virtual items, including spelling errors or graphical issues that do not result from data corruption.

Coins cannot be exchanged back into real currency. Purchases of Credit sets are non-refundable.

If a purchased set of Coins is not exchanged into virtual items within 30 calendar days, it becomes invalid and is no longer eligible for a refund. Refund requests for Credit purchases made within 30 calendar days are handled at the exclusive discretion of PristonTale EU management.

Virtual items received as part of a bonus, gift, or promotion are not eligible for refunds or conversion back into Coins.

If a virtual item contains faults upon receipt, you must inform PristonTale EU immediately, and no later than 24 hours after receiving the item, in order to receive Coins equal to the purchase price of the affected virtual item. Notifications received outside this period are handled at the exclusive discretion of PristonTale EU management.

Accidental purchases of Coins resulting from technical faults in the payment system must be disputed directly with the respective payment processor. PristonTale EU is not responsible for technical faults arising at third-party payment processors and does not handle credit/debit card or bank transactions related to Credit purchases.

Where a refund is issued under any circumstances, PristonTale EU reserves the right to suspend or terminate the associated account.
